Wooden Leg Caught in Slot Causes a Blockade.
A man with a wooden leg and an oversupply of cocktails delayed traffic on Market street for nearly a quarter of an hour during the busy part of yesterday evening. The leg became wedged In the cable slot and refused to budge. Finally amputation was resorted to and the man was taken to the Central Emergency Hospital where he gave the name of Roman J. Pryor. He was treated for alcoholism. When Pryor arrived at the Central Emergency Hospital he noisily demanded that Dr. Pinkham treat his injured leg. He was referred to a carpenter shop.
