In 2006, I bought a Renault Twingo. I was able to change the Renault hood ornament for one I made of plaster and paint.

You know the labels, Dole and Whole Foods bananas, ORGANIC on most everything, FUJI etc. on the apples, the annoying labels that food suppliers place on the food we buy in the supermarket. Guache, india ink, 9.8 x 13.9 in, 2006. The title is literally ripped from the book Juliet of the Spirits where I opened the book at a random place and found the one sentence that fit the picture. That was pasted onto the paper and became the title.
