SAN QUENTIN, Jan. 27. —The state board of prison directors, at a meeting here today, fixed the price of jute bags manufactured in the prison here at 10 cents each. This price is 1 cent less than the cost of bags manufactured in Calcutta, it was announced. It is estimated by the board that the state will be able to deliver between 3,000,000 and 4,000,000 bags.
